Shipping Information

We ship over 96% of our orders within twenty four hours of receipt via Fed Ex or US Postal Service priority mail.

We accept all major credit cards.

If mailing, faxing or emailing please add 10% (minimum $11) of the order total to cover shipping. Foreign orders please add 25% minimum shipping charge. This is an estimate. In some rare cases (usually involving very large or heavy items) the order can not be shipped for the minimum. In these cases we may need to increase the minimum charge.

For on line orders, the shipping cost you see displayed at check out is an estimate. Most orders will ship at or below the displayed price, which is usually about 10% of the total invoice for domestic orders, 16% to Canada, and about 25% overseas. However in rare cases we may need to adjust the shipping cost. When we can, we will reduce your quoted price. On overweight or oversize items we may need to increase it. If there is a MAJOR change we will contact you before shipping. We do NOT use shipping as a major profit center as some companies do. However it's just not possible for us to display an online shipping cost that is 100% accurate for every single order. If you require a 100% accurate shipping quote it is best to call us with your order at 617-244-1118 or 800-457-1250 between 9am and 5:30pm Eastern time. Many thanks!

Damaged Packages

Although we do everything possible to protect the contents, occasionally a package is damaged during shipment . If your package arrives in damaged condition , open it immediately and inspect it for damages. IF the contents are damaged please notify us and the shipping provider immediately . We will give you instructions for return. Do not ship the damaged merchandise back to us without calling us first as you will lose all chance for recourse. Naturally we hope that your package arrives in perfect condition but if you are the victim of careless package handlers please let us know !

Return Policy/Warranty

Any part may be returned for any reason, uninstalled, in the condition in which it was sent within a period of thirty (30) days from shipment. Upon the return of the part and invoice we will, at your option, issue credit or refund to you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping.

Electrical parts are excluded from the return policy, there will be no returns accepted on electrical parts. Andy Bernbaum Auto Parts warrants only the acceptance for refund or credit any part purchased in accordance with the above refund policy. We are not responsible for use or misuse of parts sold. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer is liable for loss, injury, or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of said products. User assumes all risks and liability of the products purchased.
